Insurance Information
In-Network Insurance Providers
We are in network with and gladly accept the following insurance plans:
- Aetna PPO
- Cigna PPO
Out-Of-Network Dental Care
Being out-of-network doesn’t mean we don’t accept insurance — it simply means we are not directly contracted with your provider. We proudly accept Delta Dental and other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. Your insurance company determines how much of your treatment cost they will cover, and many patients find that their benefits still make quality care with Rebecca Irene A. Peña, DMD affordable.
As an out-of-network provider, we make the reimbursement process easy. We’ll submit claims on your behalf and answer any questions you may have. Please note that you are responsible for our office fees at the time of service, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies, including Delta Dental, process claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after insurance is your responsibility.

Payment Options
- Flexible Payment Plan: Pay a portion up front and the rest over an agreed-upon period.
- No interest flex plan: Pay in a short time frame and receive no interest charge.
- Low-interest flex plan: Pay off your bill over a longer period with low interest.
- Cash Discount: Pay with cash before your appointment and receive a 5% discount.
- Check or Credit Card: Always accepted.

- CareCredit: We offer 12-month interest-free financing through CareCredit. Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
- Dental Membership Plan: Don’t have insurance? Join Dr. Peña‘s Smile Club and take advantage of savings.
